The rocky outcrops, known as kopjes, are perfect habitats for leopards and lions, which can often be seen basking in the sun. The permanent water sources of the Seronera River support a dense population of animals, making predator sightings consistently spectacular. Your guide will use their expertise to navigate the network of tracks, searching for the Big Five and the myriad of other species that call this place home. You will enjoy a packed lunch in the bush, immersed in the sounds and sights of the wilderness. After breakfast, you will embark on a full-day excursion to the wild and remote Eastern Serengeti, specifically the Gol Kopjes and the famed Namiri Plains. The Namiri Plains were closed to tourism for over two decades as a cheetah conservation area, resulting in an exceptionally healthy and visible population of these magnificent cats.
